Hudner Building is a historic rehab building located at 145 Old 2nd Street Fall River, MA; it was built in 1897 by Michael T. Hudner, and celebrated its 100th birthday in 1997. It is a 39 unit apartment complex designed for low income elderly and disabled residents, and centrally located near bus stops and downtown business.  There are also 19 units designed for disability needs.
